Welcome to your total body workout challenge!
This month’s schedule is going to get you in shape and ready for summer! You’ll be working multiple muscle groups which will get you results faster.
If you’re training for a run, hike or bike trip, make sure you add these move into your daily workout to help strengthen your legs, back and abs.
If you’re one of the countless women like me who always wanted toned arms, make sure you do these moves every day.
Make sure you warm up your muscles for a couple minutes before you start. Each move is 1 minute, if you are on one leg, switch after 30 seconds. Do each round 2X and then a couple minute stretch afterward.

This workout is so versatile, if you want a longer workout, stack 2 or 3 days together and get a great 30 minute workout! Switch them around to have a different workout each day! Have fun!
