*Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water to each class*

Monday, January 7th 6:00pm – Sports Attack (From Les Mills PUMP Workout) 30 Minutes of Cardio – No Equipment Necessary

Monday, January 14th 6:00pm – Strength (From TurboFire) 30 Minutes of Resistance –Resistance Bands Needed or light weights 

Monday, January 21st 6:00pm – Turbo Kick class lead by Karen Liebau

Monday, January 28th 6:00pm“Glow Night” Fat Burn Express (From Power 90) 45 Minutes of Cardio with light Resistance – A light weight is recommended.  Bring your glow necklaces, bracelets and rings. We’re gonna’ turn out the lights and Glow all night!
