Another post workout sweaty pic. I told HikerDoc, beware the blubber is going to fly today!! Just to hot & humid to wear a shirt! I agreed to a bare middle shot because I think it’s good to show how different every body is. I am a size 4, but still have jub. Mostly stretched skin from being overweight in my 20’s and while I was pregnant. Something I’ll probably have to live with unless I want surgery. Sure there are times when I just want to cut it off, but most of the time I look at it as just how god made me. I probably could have prevented it by being fitter & healthier while I was younger, but it is what it is. Shoulda,’ woulda’, coulda’! I’m sure I’ll be able to tone up some more by cleaning up my diet a little more. Mainly portion size. I’m more in maintenance mode right now. It’s not hard, I just have to do it. Which we are going to do! We are starting a new Facebook Challenge Group for Beachbody’s newest program #FocusT25 . Get a whole body workout in 25 minutes! I’ll be starting the group August 5th. I’m looking to have a women over 40’s group, a couples group & a singles group which will all compete against each other Biggest Loser style! I was told by my youngest that I looked like a clown today!! Ah well! I got a good workout in despite the dis! This is the bra version of the longer Fila top I showed in Day 3.
