Does your mouth water when fall hits and all the coffee shops start serving Pumpkin Lattes?!
I used to LOVE these things! I couldn’t get enough, until I realized how many calories were in this sweet, tempting Fall treat. Starbucks Grande Pumpkin Spice Latte with whipped cream is a whopping 380 calories! That is practically a meal for me! I would rather save the calories, not to mention the cash and make one of these babies at home.
This pumpkin spice latte is a healthier version of one of my favorite fall treats.
