Homemade Ranch Dressing, the healthy version

This low-fat, high-protein dip is the perfect snack for your next party or tailgate. Why not give it a try as a healthier option for the upcoming Super Bowl party!
  • 1 C cashews
  • 1 C water
  • 2 Tbsp 2% plain Greek yogurt (I use Fage)
  • 2 Tbsp chives (fresh is best, but I use dried)
  • 1 Tbsp dill (fresh is best)
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion (I use sweet onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 dash smoked paprika
  1. Soak cashews in water for 2 hours
  2. Drain cashews and place them along with all other ingredients in a food processor (or blender)
  3. Pulse for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy
