February 4th- Fat Burn Express (from Power 90) -A light weight is suggested

February 11th – Yoga (from TurboFire)

GLOW NIGHT /Valentines Night – Wear your glow necklaces, bracelets, rings & grills! We’ll workout with the lights off. Guys need to wear Pink and Gals need to wear Red!!! It’s a glowing love fest!!

February 18th – TurboFire 45

February 25th – Plyometrics (from P90X)
