It’s March Madness and what a better way to start prepping yourself for Spring by cleaning out your cupboards and making some time for a healthier you!  

This Challenge will get you in shape and ready for Spring Break and warmer weather!

Anyone at any level will be able to complete this Challenge! Each day consists of a 10-12 minute workout that will get your heart pumping and metabolism burning!

Before you start, make sure you watch this welcome video!

Here is your weekly schedule:

Each week you will have a new set of videos to watch if you are unfamiliar with the moves and the modifications for each move.

Make sure you do a 2 minute warm up! Jog in place, jumping jacks, wide leg toe touches, shoulder rolls and side to side lunges.

Do each move for 1 minute, rest for 30 seconds and move on to the next.

Repeat the series and do a 2 minute cool down.

Reach to the sky, stretch overhead to the right then the left, spread legs wide and reach to the floor, stretch to right leg then left leg, slowly come up & stretch one arm across then the other, do tricep stretch on each arm.
