We’re so proud of all of you who have stuck with us. Here’s to another great month!

March 4th- Combat  (Les Mills PUMP) 

Be to class at 5:50 to learn the moves

Our second drawing, you MUST be present to WIN!

March 11th- Pump and Burn (Les Mills PUMP)

You will need light weights for this workout, not resistance bands

March 18th- Tai Chi and Qigong with guest instructor Fred Goff

Bring an open mind and a willing spirit, no other equipment necessary

March 25th- Sports Attack (Les Mills PUMP)

No equipment necessary, this was our very first workout. Get ready to sweat

Canned food drive, lets help those that are less fortunate have a great Easter!
