Quick Breakfast Taco

This is a really quick variation of the breakfast burrito. Made with lower calorie ingredients, it’s a satisfying and healthy breakfast option.

Prep Time- 10-15 minutes


2 Corn Tortillas

1 T Salsa

2 T Shredded Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese

1/2 C Liquid Egg Substitute, like Egg Beaters


Top tortillas with salsa and cheese. Place tortillas in a small nonstick pan and heat on medium heat until the cheese is melted. You can also do this in the microwave. Put tortillas on your plate

Using the same pan, heat and cook the egg substitute until they are cooked through, about 90 seconds. Divide the eggs between the tacos.
