These exercises will not only shape your muscles, but increase your strength and keep you fit for TurboFire and HIIT classes.
The warmup moves get your body loosened up and stretched out for the upcoming class. Starting with a bicep curl, Chalene explains how to use the resistance bands to make the workout more intense or easier. Then you get to squat and bicep curl at the same time, that’s where the total body workout comes in. Your muscle will definitely be shaking with this exercise.
Next you’ll do some intense upper back work. A great way to tone and strengthen your back for better posture.
There are a few minutes of floor exercise, but you’ve never done floor exercises like this before!
