Here are a few things that I would like you to do while you are waiting for your program to arrive…
1. Make sure that we are friends on Facebook!
2. Take your before photos and measurements and record them. These are just for you, for reference. Keep them on your phone or in a document on your computer. Better yet, log your measurements into your www.teambeachbody.com profile so you can see your progress.

5. Look over the Challenge Introduction and Guidelines, Click Here to print and read.
6. Find some new healthy recipes from these sites, make it, take a picture of it and post it in the group. There is no time limit on this one, it’s just to help you find new places for healthy meals.
